Guide through the EUDoctor telehealth mobile app

Creating an account

When you download an app, the first step is to create an account. You can do that by entering the required information, such as an email or password.

You can also register quickly using your Google, Facebook, or Apple account. All personal information can be changed later under Account details.

Home screen

Our staff will welcome you when you first open the app after registering. From here, you can book an appointment, read a short biography of the doctor, chat with EUBot and access other options.

EUBot

EUBot is our chatbot that can answer some basic questions about our services or app. Here, you can get answers about consultations, prescriptions, or how to solve common issues.

Book an appointment

If you decide to book an appointment, you will access the screen with the services we offer:

Chronic therapy refill

15-minute consultation with up to 4 EU e-prescriptions or paper prescriptions

Doctor consultation

A 15-minute consultation with up to 2 EU e-prescriptions or paper prescriptions

Premium consultation with a sick note

A 15-minute consultation with up to 5 EU e-prescriptions or paper prescriptions

Counseling Drag

Longer consultations with doctors that can last up to 30 minutes

Psychologist

60-minute counseling with a psychologist

After picking the service you need, you can choose between available terms and proceed to checkout.

EUDoctor is 100% compliant with GDPR and other EU regulations. Here, you can read how we protect your data, what we gather from you and how we use it.

Delete account

As the name suggests, this option allows you to delete your account (you will be prompted to confirm).

Log out

Logging out of the app. You will not be prompted to confirm.
